Desde que somos peque\u00f1os, introducen en nuestra dieta los yogures porque son muy beneficiosos para nuestro organismo, \u201crefuerzan m\u00fasculos y huesos, adem\u00e1s, sus prote\u00ednas de gran calidad favorecen el mantenimiento de los m\u00fasculos\u201d. \u00bfPero y si el beneficio no estuviera solo en comerlos?<\/p>\n<p>Lactobacillus y Streptococcus es una Cocina \/ Laboratorio port\u00e1til, en donde los alumnos podr\u00e1n experimentar y descubrir los procesos de fermentaci\u00f3n (espec\u00edficamente de la leche), para poder cambiar la escala en la que estamos acostumbrados a ver los alimentos que consumimos a diario. Propone una experiencia con la que se pretende romper con el papel de consumidor, para as\u00ed poder recuperar nuestra autonom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Las palabras cultura y cultivo proceden ambas del verbo en lat\u00edn <i>colere<\/i>, que significa cultivar. Nuestro cultivo de la tierra y de sus criaturas (las plantas, los animales, los hongos y las bacterias) es esencial para la cultura. En ingl\u00e9s la bacteria del yogur incluye la cultura en su nombre \u201cYoghurt Culture\u201d. Lactobacillus y Streptococcus propone recuperar nuestra participaci\u00f3n en los cultivos como un modo de recuperaci\u00f3n cultural. Introducir esta capacidad y sus herramientas a los j\u00f3venes para generar conciencia cultural y empoderamiento.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed como los cultivos microbianos solo existen en forma de comunidades, lo mismo sucede con nuestras culturas humanas m\u00e1s amplias. La comida es el mayor constructor de comunidad que existe. Han participado en programas de residencias como la Casa de Vel\u00e1zquez en Madrid o Hangar en Barcelona y han presentado sus proyectos en La Capella de Sant Roc, La Capella (Barcelona), Centro del Carmen (Valencia), C arte C (Madrid), Dare Dare y Fonderie Darling (Montreal) entre otros. Los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os colaboran en iniciativas culturales como OnMaterials (Atenas), adem\u00e1s su inter\u00e9s en las pr\u00e1cticas participativas les acerc\u00f3 a las artes en vivo, trabajando en propuestas esc\u00e9nicas con La Coja Dansa y Taller Placer. Actualmente est\u00e1n involucrados en proyectos en diferentes centros como Onassis Air y Duncan Dance Center en Atenas y en Valencia colaboran con el core\u00f3grafo Vicente Arlandis. Ambos tienen el M\u00e1ster en Producci\u00f3n Art\u00edstica por la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Valencia y han realizado una estancia de investigaci\u00f3n en Concordia University en Montreal,
